New State NCFCA Representative

Ellen Barber has been named the new Kansas representative for the National Christian Forensics and Communication Association (NCFCA).  She replaces longtime representative Debbie Bearden, who will continue to be active with NCFCA as her son completes his final year of competition.  Ellen can be reached via CHECK's contact form.
