Christian Home Educators Confederation of Kansas (CHECK) is a Kansas state homeschool organization formed in 1991. CHECK's mission is to further the interests of private home education in Kansas by providing accurate, helpful information on home education; encouraging the creation, functioning and growth of local support groups; and advocating for home education in the state and federal legislatures and other relevant agencies and organizations.

CHECK advocates for private home education, i.e. homeschoolers who take full responsibility for the education of their children without government assistance.

The Home School Legal Defense Association is a non-profit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. Through annual memberships, HSLDA is tens of thousands of families united in service together, providing a strong voice when and where needed.

HSLDA advocates on the legal front by fully representing member families at every stage of proceedings. are represented in court proceedings. HSLDA also takes the offensive, filing actions to protect members against government intrusion and to establish legal precedent.

This is a members only site for the families that are looking for more support, or those that have been homeschooling awhile, to help out us newbies.

Members can join in a message board and chatroom, share files and photos, and check a calendar for upcoming activities.
