CHECK offers a number of publications to assist both new homeschoolers as well as homeschooling veterans in the schooling of their children.


CHECK News PDF Print E-mail

CHECK's newsletter, CHECK News, allows Kansas homeschooling families to keep up-to-date on legal and legislative happenings in the state, special events and conferences, to be encouraged through articles, and to find out what support groups around the state are doing.  If you have a print subscription to CHECK News, you will receive the e-mail version free if CHECK has your e-mail address.

You can print and use this application form or you can join online from HSLDA's site.  To qualify for a discount membership ($95 for 1 year instead of the standard membership of $115), you will need to include CHECK's name and group number 293199 on your application.

Advertisements

Camera-ready advertisements (black & white print or pdf) can be placed in the newsletter. Per issue rates for camera-ready ads are as follows:

full page $75 (8.5" wide x 11" tall)
half page $40 (7.5" wide x 5" tall) or (3.7" wide x 10" tall)
quarter page $25 (3.7" wide x 5" tall)

Discount: Ads placed and prepaid for three or more consecutive months receive a 10% discount off the standard monthly rates.
